I noticed that the image for the Hudson Megalodon is gone, seemingly deleted or something. Was that intentional or does it need to be added again?

It was probably lost in the site issues/mass deletions last week; I just noticed one of my images I uploaded a few days ago also wasn't there and just reuploaded it. You should be alright to just upload it again; apologies for any inconvenience!
