Topic on User talk:Astounding Beyond Belief

hey ABB, as you might have noticed I've been adding the misc stuff the KOTM Gameboy game gave to some of the enemy kaiju. but I've happened upon a few of them where I just, cannot for the life of tell what its supposed to be or how to describe it. I was hoping maybe you could help me out on that front. I'll provide images of what I'm talking about once I gather them all

I know I'm not who you asked but I might know what a couple of these are:

• I'm pretty sure that image of Kumonga is him using his stinger since it only appears in front of him briefly and does significant damage, with his other attack being him spitting webbing since that attack looks very similar to the Mothra Larva's attack.
• I think those attacks from Gezora are just meant to be his tentacles and Godzilla in white is him being frozen. However, I'm less sure of this one due to their odd behaviour.

I have no clue for King Caesar or either of Gigan's attacks outside of them being projectiles. I guess finding the game's manual would also be helpful in founding out what some of these are (since we don't seem to have a link to it on the game's page) but I have no idea where to look for that.

(also, thanks for correcting my shuriken edit a few days ago, I should've checked before making that change)

see that's what I thought for kumonga, but then I got confused cause the close up attack looked like webbing to me while the other looked like a stinger projectile due to how things it was. as for gezora, I never really thought of it that way, they looked like tidal waves to me but tentacles makes more sense. for king Caesar, I was thinking maybe it was a projectile from his crown's horn, if that makes any sense. as for gigan, no clue what the one from the mouth is, but I think the crescent ones are supposed to be some type of variant of the forehead laser

also yeah, having a manual would help out a lot

You could say King Caesar and Gigan are firing "small, curved energy projectiles" or similar. For the others, I'd want to see footage.

Kumonga is definitely using a web attack and a stinger attack. Caesar is interesting because the projectiles are the height of his entire head... couldn't say where they're coming from specifically. With Gigan I'm more confident that they're coming from his beam aperture, as you wrote on the page. Agreed with Titanozilla2023 that Gezora is attacking with tentacles, but I don't think we can say the white is Godzilla being frozen; he and other monsters frequently flash white when they're hit.

ok, going off what you wrote, I'm gonna include the web thing for kumonga, and as for gezora how does "In the Godzilla, King of the Monsters Game Boy game, Gezora can launch his tentacles through the water to attack Godzilla." sound? there's probably a better word than launch but its the only one that came to my mind at the moment

"extend his tentacles across the water", maybe. "Launch" makes it sound like they're departing from the rest of his body.
