What you've written for Megalon basically works - we haven't done a lot of development on how those sections should look, and I would rather migrate things like movesets and stats to subpages of the video games. Now, it would be difficult to determine the exact percentage of health Megalon's lightning beam takes off, and I don't think that should be an impediment to the section existing. So you can use more general language for that. But what percentage, roughly, are we talking about? For larger amounts, I'd say providing a rough estimate is fine, as long as you're clear that it's an estimate. (And are those his only two attacks, or does he have other less dangerous moves? If it's the latter, you should mention them too.)

Alright, good to know I'm on the right track. From what I remember, the lightning beam took off about half of Godzilla's health but I'd have to check, I'll see if I can find a video or something. In terms of his attacks, he has the two I've already mentioned as well as firing the same number of bombs diagonally downward which can be more easily blocked with a tail-whip (mentioning it here in case I forget to update it).

Another thing I'd like to ask is that I wondered after I wrote the information if calling Megalon a "challenging boss" was too subjective or not. Some people may not find him as challenging so should it be changed to something else?

Astounding Beyond Belief (talkcontribs)

"Challenging" is probably too subjective, yeah. But if, say, his damage output is higher than most/all of the other bosses in that level, you could get a similar sentiment across.

Oops, I forgot about this. I might try to work on this again soon (probably for all the 1993 Game Boy kaiju rather than other games at the moment) and it's useful to know a basic idea of how to write these sections. I was also thinking another way to get the idea of difficulty across in a hopefully more objective way would be to write a strategy of sorts in that section (such as destroying projectiles through atomic breath or tail-whips), could that work?

Astounding Beyond Belief (talkcontribs)

Sure, give it a shot.
